I started Build Strong because I got tired of what the wellness industry has become. There’s too much noise, too much misinformation, and most people don’t know where to start. I’ve been there.

I’ve rebuilt my own body after injury. I’ve coached clients through metabolic dysfunction, burnout, hormonal chaos, and years of thinking willpower was the problem. What I’ve learned is this: confusion keeps people stuck.

I’m not here for that.

Build Strong is my answer… a full system reset. A return to the fundamentals Pillars of health:

  • Cellular health (Metabolism)

  • Progressive strength training.

  • Real food.

  • Better sleep.

  • Daily movement.

  • Stress management.

  • Consistency.

My coaching is holistic, honest, and efficient. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just the fundamentals layered with the structure and accountability most people need to actually follow through.
